Shipping Policy
We want your delivery to run smoothly and be a pleasure. The delivery company are always very busy in this internet age and time slots will be allocated with a window supplied 48 hours before your delivery. If you are unable to accept the item in this time slot please let us know 24 hours before the delivery slot so that we can arrange an alternative time slot for you.
Items can be shipped anywhere in the world, please enquire for a quote for your specific area. Please allow up to 14 days for delivery. Delivery is based on a one man and van service so please make sure you have someone available your end to help the driver. A 2 man service can be supplied at an extra cost, please enquire at the point of purchase.
Your goods are insured to kerb side, however if you would like our driver to help get your purchases into your home we are happy to arrange this but do not accept any responsibility for any damage caused to the item or to your home whilst inside your home.
Please bear in mind it is the purchasers responsibility to ensure the item will fit into the intended space and that if necessary access has been taken into consideration before the delivery arrives, and to alert us to any steps or difficulties that may be involved in your delivery.
Return Policy
If you are not entirely happy with your item it may be returned back to us within 7 days, for a full refund minus the cost of delivery and return cost will be born by the customer.
The item must be returned in the same condition it left our premises and unless we supply a collection driver the responsibly will be solely on the customer to ensure that it does return back to us as it left us.
