Pair of English Art Deco figured walnut bedside cabinets

A stunning pair of Art Deco figured walnut bedside cabinets ech with a 3 drawer configuration. The stepped top features the most stunning walnut veneering with lots of interesting swirls to the burr walnut exactly as you would want. To the top each has a slim drawer ideal for watches and jewelry whilst below are 2 very deep drawers (dovetailed construction) allowing easily for storage of clothes or perhaps a night time read. The veneers on each matches the other perfectly. The sides are beautifully veneered in mid toned figured walnut. The cabinets feature absolutely gorgeous brass bar handles, "solid" mounted on circular brass backplates with a half spherical phenolic transluscent cherry colour mounts. These handles are original to the cabinets. The drawers all run smoothly and are a delight to use. The glow from a table lamp above these will just add to their warmth and appearance. Lastly each cabinet has a top locking drawer fully working supplied with the original key and new silk tassel.
