Circa 1930s Art Deco Satin Birch bedside cabinets/nightstands
Circa 1930s a pair of Satin Birch Art Deco bedside cabinets/nightstands. This wonderful pair of continental Art Deco bedside cabinets are in a lovely pale but warm satin birch figured veneer. These cabinets are “handed” so they open appropriately for either side of your bed. Each have a very smooth running top drawer with a capacious cupboard beneath. They have feature piano hinges with original faux tortoise shell handles which contrast beautifully against the veneers. The doors click shut nicely with the lightest of touch. Raised of beautiful curved block feet colour co-ordinated with the main bodies. They are very sturdy. Having been through our workshops they have been traditionally French polished to a beautiful shine accentuating the curves of this pair.
An original pair starting off life together in stunning condition waiting for a new home, ready to ship.
